In re Asacol Antitrust Litigation, No. 1:15-cv-12730 (D. Mass.)

Radice Law Firm is one of class counsel for plaintiffs in an antitrust class action alleging Warner Chilcott unlawfully blocked competition for its Asacol franchise through an overarching scheme involving a series of “product hops,” filing baseless citizen petitions and patent litigation, and entering “pay for delay” agreements with a would-be competitor.  The case is in discovery after the court recently denied (in large part) the motion to dismiss.
