Radice Law Firm is one of class counsel for direct purchaser plaintiffs in an antitrust action alleging an unlawful scheme to monopolize the market for Loestrin 24 oral contraceptives. The case is pending in the federal district court of Rhode Island and argument on defendants’ second motion to dismiss will be heard in January 2017.
