Radice Law Firm is one of class counsel for plaintiffs in an antitrust class action alleging several major airlines unlawfully conspired to inflate airfares by artificially constraining the supply in the market for domestic air travel.  The case is pending in federal district court in the District of Columbia, where the court recently denied the motion to dismiss.
